Finally

OMG!

Finally that freaking loan institution sent back the answer that yes it will loan the guy buying our flat up north. OMG I am ecstatic, I am driving up north super early tomorrow and finalizing the sale. Oh I feel like a ton of weight has been lifted, and now I can start being excited that we can buy a new place this fall.
