here and back again...

Well here we go again, for like the umpteenth time.

I am very close to the green zone. I am dragging it a bit to go see my surgeon, I was supposed to see him the last week of February or the first week of March but I am going to go after next week. I kinda want to see how this current fill will work with me going to the gym.

I will have to have a slight unfill anyways in the middle of May since we are going to Orlando and I am petrified of getting stuck while traveling and have heard stories of water retention round the band making it tighter. So my surgeon suggested we take a bit out when I go, so if I can loose decent weight with the current fill I dont think I will put more in it. Also I am scared of getting the band to tight, having had 7 unfills last year mostly due to surgeries I had to have but also one of those was an emergency unfill on the doctors living room couch because it went completely shut even with a little fill.

I went and got a program from a trainer last Tuesday and went to the gym 3 times this week, and I lost 4.6 pounds so I am stoked with that and even though I dont expect as big of a loss next week I wouldn´t mind it ;-) The plan is to go to the gym 4 times a week and try get my stamina back up, it was shattered after the 3 surgeries I had last summer and I have had it up to where ever with this low stamina. I want to run/jogg (or crawl) the Color run in June, I just want to do something and get in better shape.

I had gotten down to 235 pounds before all this gallbladder crap started in September of 2013, today I was 259 pounds so I am hoping and praying these pounds go off pretty quickly since they have not been there that long.

So yeah thats where I am at now.
