mid week check in

Went to the gym today but forgot my heart rate monitor so I have no idea how mani calories I sweat of but it is ok I still gave it my all. So far I have gone three times this week and I am not done yet. 

I have an appointment with my surgeon on Tuesday and I am still not sure if I should have a slight fill like 0.2 again or not, going to see what he thinks. 

Tuesdays weather was awful since we had a snow storm. I had to go pick up my kid from school and it usually just takes me 5 minutes to drive there but that day it took over 20 minutes. I secretly love driving in that kind of weather. I could barely see the car in front of me and I had to turn back a few times since small cars had gotten stuck in the regular rout I take. 

When I feel like giving up I view tons of motivational pictures on pinterest and google (shss dont tell)

    I LOVE snow, but hate driving in it. Winter seems to be giving up here and it's warming up substantially, so I hope I don't have to worry about snow now until next year. :)


    1. We are unfortunately not getting rid of winter any time soon. It was in the news this week that since November 1st we have had a storm every 3-4 days here in Iceland (Iceland is only just under 40,000 square miles so it is about the same size as Kentucky) , they have never issued so many storm warnings before. I am dreaming and counting the days until I go to Orlando to soak in some sun :)

  2. I definitely need to do more with upping my motivation. I also love the 2nd quote. I need to keep that in mind because God knows it's going to take me a while to get my exercise mojo back. Congrats on working out - especially in the crappy weather.
