OK so one of my goals was to use my bike at least 5 times a week, 20 min at a time at minimum. I went on it on Thursday for 20 minutes/8 km but I bailed yesterday due to lack of sleep and I was napping until I went to work. But instead I did 38.38minutes/17 km on it today, I hate the kcal counter on it, cause it said I burnt just 222 kcal but that is not likely, MFP says its more like 525 kcal and next time I am using my heart rate monitor to get it right.
Anywhoots thats my update for today. Going to go do stuff haha guess a shower should come first.Thought this picture was a bit appropriate after the holidays.
